Purchasing From Us
To purchase from us you must be over the age of 18 and must not submit any information to this site, unless permitted by applicable legislation. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods. We will not use your details for other purposes without prior consent.

Payment
We must receive payment for the total value of the order in advance, via secure facilities provided on our E-commerce site, prior to dispatch.

Availability
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you.

Prices
The prices shown are in the UK Pound sterling, as set out on our web site at the time you place your order. In case of special offers, we will always use the lowest price we are quoting at the time your order is processed. Where larger quantities are required beyond those shown on the web, please ask for a special quotation.

Delivery and Dispatch
We will normally dispatch your goods within 2 working day, provided that your order is received, verified & payment is authorised. We aim to deliver goods within 3 working (excluding bank holidays) days from dispatch.

Carriage
Packaging & Handling charge of £4.95 will be added for all orders. Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and/or size. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. www.homestyle-blinds-direct.com do not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to select the correct product for their chosen application, we cannot be held responsible for improper usage.

Cancelling An Item
Goods may only be returned by specific prior arrangement. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You should be aware that once the delivery process has commenced, we will not be able to refund the costs for carriage and packing.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please email us at sales@homestyle-blinds-direct.com to arrange an exchange.

Delivery Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item.
