Delivery and Dispatch
We will normally dispatch your goods within 2 working day, provided that your order is received, verified & payment is authorised. We aim to deliver goods within 3 working (excluding bank holidays) days from dispatch.  If alterations to your blinds are requested, please allow an extra 2 days for delivery.

Carriage
You only pay £4.95 delivery charge no matter how many items you buy from us. Extra delivery charges only apply if a water crossing is involved from Scotland or England 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy
While, unfortunately, made to measure goods cannot be returned, ready made items can be returned. As long as the item(s) are returned to us in the origional packaging in re-sellable condition a refund for the price excluding postage will be given. It will be your responsability to return the blinds to us along with a note stating your name, address and reason for return. The address you should post to is
